Large Format leasing · Ludovic Baron, fine-art photographer in Paris

Financing · companies registered in France

Large Format leasing

For businesses: a deductible monthly rental instead of an outright purchase. A standing artwork in a lobby, meeting room or executive office, without tying up cash.

Tax advantage

A deductible rental, not a fixed asset

The rentals of a finance lease are deductible expenses. From 13 to 24 months, the corporate-tax saving exceeds the financing cost, so leasing costs less than an outright purchase (up to 12% saved over 13 months). At 36 months the cost is equivalent; at 48 months it is slightly higher, in exchange for a lower monthly rental. Leasing is reserved for signed, numbered Large Formats, displayed in a professional space accessible to teams and clients.

A file is arranged with our financing partner. After review, you receive an agreement in principle within 24 hours. Tax terms to be confirmed with your accountant.

The Moulin Rouge, La Samaritaine and Printemps, in Paris and New York, have given him carte blanche.

From 5 works, leasing included, you join the circle: private dinners for 8 with a chef, to meet fellow collectors and discover the artist's new works first with your guest.

Calculation method · rates as of 28 October 2026

How the rental is calculated

  1. Monthly rental (excl. VAT) = artwork price excl. VAT × term coefficient (13 months 8.987% · 18 months 6.681% · 24 months 5.191% · 36 months 3.702% · 48 months 2.991%). Example: €10,000 × 8.987% = €898.70 per month over 13 months.
  2. Tax saving = term × rental × 25% (standard French corporate tax rate).
  3. Net cost = total rentals − tax saving.
  4. Saving vs outright purchase = price excl. VAT − net cost. For €10,000: 12% (13 months), 10% (18), 7% (24), 0% (36), 8% extra cost (48), excluding social-charge savings.
